Can you tell us your greatest weakness?

• You should not deny you have a weakness or state strengths as a weakness (I am a perfectionist, or I work too hard and neglect my friends and family).  State a weakness that is required for the role but not a dealbreaker if you don't have it.
• When you state your weakness make sure you say what you are doing to overcome that weakness. For example, I have a fear of public speaking and I have enrolled in a public speaking class to overcome my fear.

What hours can you work?

• The more flexible you are with your hours, the better chance you have of getting hired, so be flexible!

• If you have other restaurant experiences talk about it.

What would your previous manager say about you?

• I work well under pressure without losing attention to detail (this is a great answer to Burger King because they are always busy and mistakes result in loss of revenue and an increase in customer wait time).

What do you like most about your current or last job?

• Unfortunately, this can be a trick question as they may be looking for things you didn't like in your last job.

• Never say fast food during the interview. You should use the words quick service restaurant instead of fast food.
• Turn off your smartphone.
• Arrive 10 minutes early.
• Don't speak too fast as you will sound nervous.
• Don't speak too slow as you will sound boring.

• Dress business casually if you are interviewing for an entry-level position.  Do not wear shorts and avoid wearing jeans.

• Dress formally or business casual if you are interviewing for a management position. Blazers and dark trousers are a safe choice, as well as wrap dresses for females. Avoid sportswear clothes.

• Blue tells employers that you're credible and trustworthy.
• Black shows leadership and is great if you're going for a senior position.
• Red sends a message that you're assertive and works well in fields like sales.

How Do I Prepare For A Burger King Interview?

• Learn as much as you can about the company and ask yourself why you want to work there.  Why would you rather work at Burger King than any other quick-service restaurant?
• Review potential interview questions and think about how you will answer them from your own personal experience.
• Think about where you see yourself in the future?  BK will want to hire people whose career goals align with the restaurant industry.  Perhaps you want to open your own franchise one day or become a restaurant general manager.  Note if you want to work at BK to pay for your education that is fine but make sure you demonstrate that you will are committed to working there for more than a few months.
